MMHA Awards Banquet April 11, 2024

It's hard to believe the end of the hockey season is upon us; it seems like just yesterday players were stepping on the ice for the first time this year! 

 

As we entered into the 2023-2024 season, MMHA was still recovering from the aftermath of the Covid 19 pandemic as well as the state of the economy and made a conscious effort to do our best to return to a pre-pandemic normal.  As an organization we have not had an awards banquet since the 2018-19 season, and we wanted to bring this back for the players and their families.

 

MMHA will be hosting an awards banquet with a new twist this year!  Please join us April 11 at the Cornerstone Event Centre in the CNCC. The night will consist of an ice cream bar for the kids, as well as tea, coffee and juice for the adults. There will be team introductions as well as awards handed out. The cost for the players will be covered by MMHA, but families wishing to have siblings or other family members partake in the ice cream bar can purchase a ticket for $10 per extra person. 

 

I ask that you please pass this information on to each of your players and get a number of any extras attending so we can let Deanna know final numbers. 

As well we will have a 50/50 draw taking place that evening too.

Ice cream bar will be open from 6:00pm-7:00pm
